On my recent trip to Koh Samui, I had the pleasure to experience 2 different villas for the week! (You can read about my first villa experience here!). On the last 2 days in the island, I had the pleasure to stay at the Samujana Villas and Resort with the most magnificent infinity pool. Villa 30 was offered as our villa for the 2 nights we were there. This villa is literally the gem of Samujana! Perched at the top of the hill with a complete 360 degree view from its spectacular and stylish rooftop lounge area and infinity pool. This villa features an architecturally stunning 5 bedroom en-suite, private gym, private cinema, living room and dining area displaying a vast collection of modern Asian art to add accent to the space. If you think thats impressive, it doesn’t end there! You definitely can’t miss the hand-crafted spiral staircase that leads up to the rooftop sunbeds and infinity pool over-looking the stunning coast line with a horizon that extends to where the eye can see. As you swim across the oversized saltwater pool to the edge of the infinity pool, the place literally takes you out of this world and it feels like you’ve been transported to the coast of the Mediterranean sea in Europe. This is also the perfect spot for an uninterrupted view of the island as well as sunrise and sunset. If this isn’t the best infinity pool ever, then I don’t know what is! If you’re wondering how people manage all the logistics when living in such a big space, a villa manager is assigned to each villa you stay in. Our villa manager was a lovely lady called Annie, who was very accommodating during our visit. She went above and beyond to meet all of our needs and even gave us a personal tour down to the markets and beach at the bottom of the hill. Her exceptional service definitely completed my experience at Samujana.
