How to Spend 2 days in Lake Como
Lake Como has been on my travel bucket list for many many years (thanks to Pinterest). So when I realised this trip was happening, I couldn’t contain my excitement! You can easily spend weeks in the most beautiful lake of Italy. But since we were pressed on time, we were only able to spend 2 days in Lake Como. Even though it was a short trip, we still managed to fit in a lot within our tight schedule and got to experience a glimpse of what this magical place had to offer. If you’re reading this, you may have this place on your travel bucket list or you’re already planning your visit! That’s great because I’ve rounded up a couple of things not to be missed and how to spend 2 days in Lake Como!Named one of the deepest lakes in Europe (at 400 meters deep), Lake Como is situated on the northern part of Italy. The lake is shaped in the form of the letter “Y” and surrounded by scenic mountains and forests that surround it. Filled with numerous prestigious villas and museums, it’s not a surprised that many celebrities and artists (such as George Clooney and Madonna) have properties on the shore of this lake. We made our way to Lake Como by car from our road trip through Germany and Switzerland. If you’re interested in a trip here, you’re in good hands as I’ve compiled a list of things to ensure you have a great time! Here it goes:
