How to Style: Bras!
Hi guys, today I’m excited to share with you a look that has been seen on all over the runway to greet the summer time. From designers like Alexander Wang and Phillip Lim to Giambattista Valli. With styles ranging from bandeaus to bra-lettes edged with feminine flounces and designs detailed with multi-straps for a sporty youthful vibe. The bra or bralette trend is a super fresh take on staying stylish yet relaxed this tropical season. This is a post where I will be talking about how to style bras! This trend is not something to shy away from with the summer heat here to stay, you will usually see designers styling the bralette on its own as an undergarment or layered over tops like a t-shirt or shirts. If you’re wondering how I style this trend, make sure to scroll till the end to watch my complete video of all my looks!Outfit 1: Samba MotionThis outfit is super flirty yet practical! I’ve matched this outfit with a simple white cotton bra-lette and checkered ruffle shirt. To top it off, ive also style them with a pair simple block heels and tassel earrings. When it get chilly at night, you can also pair the outfit with an oversized denim jacket. Believe it or not, I stole this piece from my dad :P This look is perfect for a samba dance part and very practical for when you want to let off some steam and show off your dance moves.

Outfit 2: Seeing StripesGetting down to business but still keeping it fun, I’ve layered this simple frill bralette on top of a stripe dress shirt. I’ve also paired these black bell pants to create more volume and kept it practical with my go-to leather slides and my favourite Celine bag. Don’t forget to add a pop of red on the lips and some simple dangle earrings to finish the outfit. This is a great creative work look that gives a classic style with a twist! Outfit 3: Cabana PartyIf you’re ready for this beach, this is the look for you! I’ve layered this printed bralette on top of a plain white t-shirt for more coverage. The wide legged pants are very comfortable and great for walking or dancing around the beach. To top it off, I've pair it with my Givenchy bag and block heels for drinks at sunset or take them off to lounge by the beach. Outfit 4: Night OutThis final look is great for after-work drinks or night out with your girlfriends! I’ve paired the same frilly bralette from outfit 2 and wore it on its own to match a pencil skirt and strap blocked heels. When it gets chilly at night, you can also pair this look with a jacket as a cover up!
