Hey guys! I’m excited to share with you a trend that I am completely obsessed with! If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you may have noticed that I wear this pattern a ton! I find stripe patterns to be very versatile and easy to match, it’s a pattern that will never go out of style! You want to make sure that you pick stripes with vertical lines. For a petite girl like me, this helps elongate my features and creates a taller illusion. Summer is also the perfect season to sport this pattern, you can dress it up or down to suit any occasion. In this post, I’ll be showing you three ways I have styled the stripe trend and I hope this inspires you to recreate your own look!P.S. Friend’s Dinner PartyFor the first outfit, I’ve paired this stripe halter neck dress with a leather jacket, a timeless little black backpack and a pair of leather loafer. With the finishing touches, I paired it with a set of eye drop earrings. This look is perfect for a friend’s dinner party and the leather jacket is great when it feels a little chilly at night. How To Style Stripes 2. Tropical RetreatOn to the second outfit, I’ve paired this stripe romper with a straw hat, basket bag and a pair of lace up sandals. I’ve also match the outfit with these cute face earrings. This look is perfect for any tropical retreat and the romper is super easy to put on and you’re ready for the beach! How To Style Stripes 3. Formal BrunchFinally in this last outfit, I’ve paired this stripe trousers with a white top, the oversized eyelets on this top add a lovely touch to the detailing. I’ve also matched it with a pair of black mules and a mini shoulder bag. Finish off, I also paired them with these coral and gold earrings. This look is great for a formal brunch or wedding reception on the weekend, very easy to put together and you’re done!
