My Winter Essentials
It’s already December, can you believe it? How time flies and before we know it, it’s already the last month of 2017. Although there is no denying that summer time will always be a winning season for me. I’ve started to embrace the winter months and focus on curating my winter wardrobe! Every season, I always find myself leaning towards a couple items that I can never go without. As you may have seen on my Instagram, I like to combine comfortable staple pieces with accessories (read it here) to dress it up a little. If you’re curious, read on to see what my winter essentials are for the season!
SHOP THE SWEATER
[show_shopthepost_widget id="2941673"]As I love to travel frequently, it’s important for me not to over-pack and create a capsule wardrobe with my essentials I can wear on repeat. This also allows me to pair them with different looks and pieces. I like to invest in quality pieces I can wear every season that will keep me warm yet classy. A prime example of this is a soft cashmere sweater, I love a great cream or camel turtle neck sweat that I can snuggle in. If you need to get something this winter, I would highly recommend investing in a quality cashmere sweater. A camel or cream colour is neutral enough to goes with many different colours to match your outfit.
SHOP THE NECKLACE
[show_shopthepost_widget id="2941680"]To top it off, I can never forget my pendent necklaces. I love a simple accessory that show off my style without being too flashy. Not only is it versatile, but a gold necklace is an item you can keep and wear forever too! There are many designs you can opt for, from an engraved initial to different motifs and symbols; you will be sure to find something you like from my selection!Alas, a pair of crisp white high waisted pants are the not only for spring and summer, these are great for winter with the pop of white. As opposite to the typical dark shades you see everyone wearing during the winter months. Why not stand out from the crowd and wear something a little less conventional? I’m a hug fan of high-rise jeans that have a slight flare at the bottom. This looks amazing when paired with some slides, loafers or ankle boots alike.
