A Weekend In Paris
Since my last post about how to experience Paris the real way (read it here), I decided to also dedicate a more detailed post on what to do if you have a weekend in Paris. If a weekend is all you have, Paris could be a great getaway option to visit from anywhere in Europe. Paris is a unique and charming city full of sidewalk cafes, gleaming boutiques, world-class museums, and a fabled restaurant scene. There is no other city quite like it and since my last visit, I can’t wait to go again! Read on to see what you can do if you have a weekend in Paris. How To Get TherePlane | Paris has two airports, Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG) to the north and Orly (ORY) to the south. If you decide to fly to Paris, public transport or uber will get you into central Paris quickly and easily.Train | The train system is well connected within Europe with TGV from France, EuroStar from London and ICE from Germany etc. If you’re not sure which one to go for, a Eurail Pass can be a good option (note that this is only available to non-European citizens or residents). European citizens can use an Interrail Pass instead, available from Interrail.eu.Car | Hire a car through a rental car company in your starting destination from Europe can also be an idea to drive to Paris comfortable and easily.

I’ve opt for a long maxi dress to keep my legs warm with the occasional breeze that comes through in Paris. As you may have read in my last post, Paris is best experienced through walking around the city so it’s important wear something stylish yet comfortable when you explore different areas. Note at that even in summer, Paris can get quite chilly at night so make sure to pack some thin layers to wear during the evening time!If you had one weekend to spend somewhere, where would you go?
